Responsibilities
- Carry out building surveys, inspections, condition assessments and technical reports
- Prepare specifications, design information and contract documentation
- Lead contract administration and monitor construction progress
- Support project delivery from feasibility through to completion
- Build strong client relationships and represent the consultancy professionally
- Share knowledge within the team and support junior colleagues
- Cross-collaboration with internal departments to support business growth strategies.
Key requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- MRICS preferred, or actively working toward chartership
- Strong technical understanding of building pathology and construction processes
- Clear communication skills and confidence in client-facing environments
