Overview

In this role you help grow the business by onboarding institutional and HNWI clients and identifying new opportunities. You will work within a multinational team focused on client service, onboarding, and strategic expansion. You’ll manage onboarding journeys, demonstrate the trading platform, and coordinate cross-functional projects to scale partnerships. This is a hands-on, client-facing role at a global brokerage with a hybrid London office routine and a strong emphasis on impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Guide institutional clients and high net worth individuals through the onboarding process and serve as a central contact during onboarding
  • Be knowledgeable about Interactive Brokers products and services and clearly communicate them to clients
  • Conduct regular virtual and in-person demonstrations of the trading platform
  • Coordinate integration projects and product optimization for B2B clients across multiple internal teams (legal, operations, technology, client services)
  • Oversee relationships with high-growth strategic partners and drive implementation to grow the partnership
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Key requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Polish) are a plus
  • General market knowledge in futures, options, and equities
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Minimum 2 years in financial services with trading or brokerage in a client service or project management role (preferred)
  • MS Office proficiency; Bloomberg knowledge a plus
