Overview

In this role, you will cultivate key stakeholder relationships and oversee framework agreements to drive delivery excellence for Assystem. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into high-quality proposals and client outcomes, while supporting growth through framework opportunities. You’ll implement governance, monitor value delivery, and ensure contractual clarity across projects. This position offers involvement in large-scale engineering initiatives at a global firm focused on shaping the UK energy future. You will work in a collaborative, results‑driven environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement and client value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key contacts within stakeholder businesses to drive interest and collaboration with Assystem
  • Understand framework strategy and ensure delivery aligns with requirements and client expectations
  • Leverage internal capabilities to advise clients on solutions supporting growth
  • Support bid team in tendering and positioning for future framework opportunities
  • Implement framework management controls for efficient proposal delivery and value for money
  • Develop framework tools to monitor activity, spend, client satisfaction, and savings
  • Ensure frameworks are reviewed by Legal and contractual matters understood by project teams
  • Represent Assystem in framework-level reviews, supplier meetings, and bidders’ forums
  • Contribute to refining and implementing the business plan for Framework
  • Ensure projects are set up and executed per company policies and QA requirements
  • Lead monthly or agreed project reviews to identify issues and opportunities
  • Aim for GM attainment on each project within the Framework
