Overview

In this role you support the global rollout of FIS Integrity Treasury and Risk Management System, providing 2nd‑level incident handling and day‑to‑day treasury operations support. You will monitor treasury processes, validate data, and ensure payments and cash positions remain accurate and compliant. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, support testing cycles, and help safeguard liquidity visibility. This is a hybrid, impact‑driven position in a demanding financial tech context.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor treasury processes, interfaces and scheduled jobs to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Oversee payment flows across SWIFT, API, EBICS and bank platforms
  • Validate inbound data (bank statements, market data, trade feeds) and perform runbooks for failed processes
  • Manage incidents in ServiceNow with proper triage, diagnosis, and escalation to L3 when needed
  • Maintain data integrity for cash, position, risk and exposure data used in decisions and reporting
  • Support UAT, regression testing, and release readiness to protect system changes
  • Assist in reconciliation and audit-ready data preparation
  • Participate in major incident management and incident bridge activities

Key requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in 1st/2nd Line Treasury systems or financial systems support
  • Understanding of Treasury processes (payments, liquidity, settlements)
  • Experience with incident management and ITIL processes
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability
  • Ability to work under pressure and within SLAs
  • Structured problem solving and clear communication
  • Experience with FIS Integrity or similar Treasury systems
  • Basic SQL or data interrogation capability
  • Exposure to SWIFT, APIs, and integration technologies
