In this role you will support a leading Agricultural & Rural Property practice in Bath, handling high-quality property work and contributing to the team’s growth. You will manage a varied caseload across transactions, development, and lending while advising farmers and agri businesses, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues across offices. For Senior Associates, there is a clear pathway toward Partnership within a supportive, flexible environment. You will work closely with partners to deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
- Manage sale and purchase transactions
- Oversee strategic land development and secured lending work
- Advise farmers, landowners, and agribusinesses on rural property matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices to service a wide range of clients and matters
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with ideally 4+ years’ PQE
- Strong background in agricultural and rural property work
