Management Consultant – Operational Resilience & Cyber

Overview

Capco seeks Operational Resilience and Cyber Risk professionals to join our FRRF capability. You will advise clients in financial services and energy on regulatory expectations (PRA, DORA), design robust resilience frameworks, and implement controls to close exposure gaps. The role uses AI-enabled analysis to boost efficiency, governance, and decision-making with responsible AI oversight. You will collaborate across business, technology, security, and risk teams to drive mission-critical transformation with tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational resilience assessments, scenario testing, and control implementation with AI-enabled analysis where helpful
• Support regulatory readiness across PRA, DORA, and other resilience frameworks while exploring AI-powered workflows
• Assess cyber posture, third-party exposure, and vendor resilience using data-driven insights and expert judgement
• Define governance models, dashboards, and reporting for AI-assisted tooling with proper validation and oversight
• Guide technology implementation and support resilience transformation programmes, identifying responsible AI opportunities to improve client outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience in operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk within financial services or energy
• Practical knowledge of IBS, ITOL calibration, scenario testing, and process mapping
• Experience implementing regulatory change and control remediation, with familiarity using approved AI tools
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business, technology, security, and risk teams
• Interest in responsible AI adoption within regulated environments
