Overview
As Commercial Contract Manager for Egg Power, you own a large portfolio of renewable energy contracts and drive commercial performance. You will oversee PPAs, RTM, and related revenue agreements, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and optimize outcomes. The role strengthens governance, reduces risk, and supports portfolio growth in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help decarbonise outcomes while working with a dynamic team focused on innovation and impact.

Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for 50+ contracts
- Manage full contract lifecycle including onboarding, performance, amendments, and renewals
- Monitor and optimise revenue streams across PPAs and RTM agreements
- Coordinate complex reporting (regulatory, technical, financial) and ensure timeliness
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Serve as central interface between internal teams and external counterparties
- Improve contract management processes, tools, and controls
- Support refinancing, acquisitions, and portfolio optimisation
Key requirements
- 5+ years in commercial contract management, preferably in energy/renewables/infrastructure
- Strong understanding of PPAs, RTMs, and energy market revenue mechanisms
- Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder contract portfolios
- Familiarity with energy sector regulatory and reporting requirements
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
