Overview

In this role, you will lead the Gaming vertical initiatives within RPCS, translating complex gaming strategy into repeatable playbooks and enablement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regional Product/Market PMM and XFN partners to drive GTM execution and growth in the EUI markets. You’ll build a Gaming hub, develop scalable enablement content, and run regular reviews to inform business decisions. This is a connective, impact-driven role that shapes gaming-focused operations and commercial momentum at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Project-manage the Gaming virtual pod: define agenda, owners, timelines, and ensure follow-through across pod members and XFN functions
  • Build and maintain the Gaming vertical hub covering GTM motions, Gaming-specific product betas, and scaled enablement programs
  • Create repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and knowledge management systems to codify gaming expertise
  • Deliver the Gaming enablement plan with Vertical & Product Enablement: regional training, sub-vertical playbooks, and ongoing community enablement
  • Lead the monthly Gaming vertical review: consolidate input from SolEng, MPO, SCS, MSO, Marketing Science, and Marketing into a unified view for monthly/quarterly reviews

Key requirements

  • Experience in gaming or performance advertising across vertical GTM, PMM, strategy and operations, account management, or agency-side gaming growth
  • Working knowledge of the app advertiser ecosystem: UA, MMPs and attribution, bidding and measurement, LTV or ROAS logic
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management; capable of coordinating a virtual team of senior XFN partners without formal authority
