Responsibilities
- Advise on development (commercial and mixed-use) and investment transactions
- Support major acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements and asset management strategies
- Collaborate with developers, investors and banks
- Work across national and international offices
- Build client relationships and contribute to business development
- Support large-scale projects and develop innovative solutions in a changing market
Key requirements
- 4–7 years PQE
- Qualified in England & Wales or Northern Ireland
