Overview
Lead Product Designer for an AI-enabled portfolio within Tangity, shaping intelligent, user-centered experiences from discovery to delivery. You will work in cross-functional squads with PMs, Engineers, Data Scientists and AI specialists, turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive interactions while advancing the studio’s human-centered AI approach. You’ll define patterns, governance, and best practices to deliver responsible, transparent AI products at scale, influencing client propositions and internal standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of AI-enabled products from discovery to delivery
- Shape UX for machine learning, generative AI and automation
- Translate technical AI capabilities into human-centered interactions
- Define automation levels and human-in-the-loop strategies
- Use AI tools in your own design workflow for research and prototyping
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to craft feasible, responsible solutions
- Prototype conversational, predictive and adaptive interfaces
- Define explainability, feedback and oversight patterns
- Facilitate co-creation workshops to identify high-value AI opportunities
Key requirements
- 8+ years in product design
- Experience with AI-enabled products or services
- Strong in agile cross-functional squads
- Designing for ML, generative AI, or intelligent automation
- Experience designing conversational, adaptive or predictive interfaces
- Prototyping complex interactions (e.g., with Figma)
- Close collaboration with Engineers and Data Scientists
- Solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (uncertainty, edge cases)
- Experience using AI tools within design workflow
- Curious about emerging tech
