Project Manager (Permanent)

Overview

You will lead technology and business change initiatives, driving projects from initiation to benefits realisation within a dynamic, partially remote environment. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance and budgets, and ensure delivery momentum across multiple initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from initiation to benefits realisation
• Define scope, requirements and outcomes with sponsors and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans and delivery roadmaps
• Establish governance, reporting and communication plans
• Identify and manage RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies)
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, finance and third-party suppliers
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
• Ensure projects deliver objectives and business benefits
• Build stakeholder relationships and maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering technology and business change projects, including system implementations or technology transformations
• Experience with ERP, CRM or other enterprise systems, with exposure to upgrades, integrations or migrations (desirable)
• Strong delivery experience across planning, governance, RAID, implementation and benefits realisation
• Experience managing budgets, resources and third-party suppliers across multiple workstreams
• Proactive, hands-on, pragmatic approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
