Overview
As Regional Marketing Manager for UK & Ireland, you drive regional growth by crafting and executing field marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives. You’ll analyze market trends, segments, and competition to identify opportunities and shape strategy. Collaborating with Sales, Commercial, and cross-functional teams, you’ll lead campaigns, events, and product launches, measuring impact to strengthen market position. This role offers meaningful impact in advancing cancer diagnostics within a global, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing plans to drive regional growth aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities
- Translate market data into actionable insights using MEKKO charts, market models, and other analytical tools
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Business Units, Commercial Development, and Marketing Communications to coordinate campaigns, events, and demonstrations
- Lead regional new-product launch execution through the DBS Launch Excellence process, including planning, forecasting, KPI measurement, and post-launch analysis
- Measure marketing program effectiveness, adjust plans based on performance, and enhance visibility to improve competitive position
- Build productive relationships with customers and external stakeholders to maintain a customer-centric, value-driven approach
Key requirements
- Long-standing relevant experience in field marketing or product marketing in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences or diagnostics
- Experience in market analysis, strategy development, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights and measurable plans
- Experience working across commercial and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute structured processes in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the region and across EMEA; valid driving license may be required
