Overview

In this role you own the AI capacity model for Bloomberg’s enterprise AI offering, shaping how storage, tokens, and capacity are measured, packaged, priced, and monitored. You’ll drive metering, forecasting, and pricing inputs, collaborating with engineering, finance, and enterprise teams. This position sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and governance, providing a scalable capacity product for large clients. You’ll translate capacity needs into PRDs and lead cross-functional delivery to enable predictable, secure usage at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise AI capacity model (storage, tokens, desktop allowance, absolute/ pooled capacity, and response priority)
  • Define metering, monitoring, and alerting for consumption at user/workflow/firm levels
  • Own inputs for pricing and packaging of capacity, and collaborate on enterprise commercial model
  • Turn capacity needs into detailed PRDs for ASKB engineering and metering teams
  • Provide capacity controls and usage visibility to firm admins via central admin tooling
  • Define KPIs (utilisation, overage, upsell, subscription revenue) and use telemetry to steer direction
  • Engage with enterprise clients to validate the model against real firm behavior

Key requirements

  • Strong product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI enterprise platforms
  • Experience with usage-based, consumption or capacity-based products (metering, tiering, quotas, pooled entitlements)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based products or infrastructure (tokens, compute, storage as cost drivers)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (cost, consumption, unit economics from telemetry)
  • Understanding of enterprise software administration, governance and entitlements
  • Experience authoring Product Requirement Documents and managing cross-functional roadmaps
  • Ability to partner with commercial and finance on packaging and pricing while owning the product
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
