Overview

In this role you will lead delivery of technology-enabled contracting solutions within Deloitte Legal’s UK contracts transformation practice. You’ll work on operating model design, process improvements, and AI-enabled contracting, collaborating with legal, commercial, procurement, and tech teams. The position combines problem solving, stakeholder engagement and hands-on execution to drive measurable impact for clients. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work across operating model design, process improvement, technology implementation, and AI-enabled contracting initiatives
• Own defined deliverables and small workstreams from planning to completion with strong project controls
• Diagnose challenges using research, interviews, workshops, and data analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations and implementation plans
• Prepare clear client materials and support meetings and workshops with confidence
• Build trusted relationships across legal, commercial, procurement, operations, technology and data teams
• Apply generative and agentic AI responsibly in delivery and support client adoption
• Contribute to proposals, reusable assets, and new offerings, and mentor junior colleagues

Key requirements

• Proven consulting, change, transformation, technology, or operating model experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of structuring ambiguity
• Excellent attention to detail, judgement, and commercial awareness
• Curious, adaptable, resilient, with ownership mindset and quick learning ability
• Confidence using AI to improve consulting work with sound judgement on confidentiality and risk
• Strong written and verbal communication, PowerPoint and Excel skills, ability to facilitate meetings and build stakeholder relationships
