In this role you join Shoosmiths’ market-leading Real Estate Litigation team as a newly qualified associate. You will work on a broad range of property disputes for high-profile clients across sectors, building technical expertise and client relationships from day one. You’ll handle landlord and tenant matters, conduct research, and contribute to team initiatives and business development in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a structured path to develop into a confident litigation lawyer within a leading UK practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist on landlord and tenant disputes
• Prepare case documentation and conduct legal research
• Liaise with clients and counsel
• Manage elements of your own caseload under supervision
• Contribute to team initiatives, business development and knowledge sharing
