In this role, you shape Marketing Analytics at Zopa, building a strategic function that informs growth and investment decisions. You’ll lead a team, partner with senior stakeholders, and translate business questions into actionable analytics across acquisition, CRM, and growth. You’ll raise the maturity of measurement frameworks and establish a long-term vision that supports fast-growing, data-driven marketing. Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex marketing and growth challenges
  • Translate strategic business questions into analytical work that drives action
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of four Marketing Analysts
  • Guide measurement approaches across acquisition, CRM and growth activity
  • Build a strong measurement and attribution approach for a multi-channel acquisition landscape
  • Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for Marketing Analytics
  • Improve the maturity of analytics frameworks, processes and capabilities
  • Influence decisions related to customer acquisition, growth and marketing effectiveness
  • Build relationships across Marketing, Growth, Analytics and product stakeholders
  • Ensure outputs are commercially impactful and analytically rigorous

Key requirements

  • Strong experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Customer Analytics
  • Deep domain expertise in marketing measurement and performance analytics
  • Proven track record of leading analysts and coaching teams
  • Ability to operate between strategic conversations and analytical detail
  • Experience improving analytics maturity rather than maintaining existing processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills to translate questions into practical analyses
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders across marketing and analytics
  • Sufficient technical depth to challenge thinking and uphold analytical standards
