Overview
As Senior Project Manager in Lending, you will steer large, complex client programs through the full lending lifecycle. You’ll lead high-visibility delivery, coordinate global, cross-functional teams, and safeguard scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. The role blends delivery excellence with domain insight, commercial stewardship, and executive stakeholder management. You’ll work within Zensar’s experience-led vision to shape fintech outcomes for major enterprises. Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large, complex client projects across the lending lifecycle
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary global teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk with predictable results
- Drive governance, budgeting, reporting, and change control in line with contractual obligations
- Engage and inform executive stakeholders with clear, fact-based statuses and options
- Operate with Planview and Monday.com to maintain plans, risks, and financials; forecast resources and budgets
- Represent the company onsite when needed and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify process improvements through cross-functional collaboration to add client value
Key requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience delivering professional service type projects in vendor/client contexts for large organisations
- Strong knowledge of project management standards, processes, and guidelines
- Understanding of IT project methodologies and life cycles; able to articulate agile applicability and trade-offs
- Knowledge of financial services/fintech domains or willingness to gain domain expertise
- Negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, team and conflict management, and time management skills
- Energetic, discreet, patient, and able to drive programs forward despite delays
