• Manage acquisition finance, bridging and development loans, and investment property transactions
• Run own matters with autonomy and liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Support team growth and contribute to networking and business development
• Maintain high-quality, commercial-focused transaction work
• Collaborate in a friendly, collaborative culture with minimal hierarchy

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ experience in real estate or real estate finance
• Ability to work independently on transactions
• Commercial mindset and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaborative attitude
