Overview
In this role you will drive site identification, acquisition and planning delivery for high-spec residential sites in London. You will work within a dynamic, entrepreneurial developer aiming to accelerate site acquisitions and on-site delivery. You’ll leverage London contacts to fast-track planning and design, delivering schemes typically 40+ flats. This is a high-impact, growth-focused opportunity with clear progression as targets are met.

Responsibilities
- identify prospective sites in London and surrounding zones
- lead acquisition processes and negotiate terms
- navigate planning and design stages to enable consent
- maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents and planners
- coordinate with internal teams to prepare viable schemes (40 units +)
- drive speed and efficiency in site delivery to meet project timelines
Key requirements
- experience in London land acquisition for residential developments
- strong network of contacts in London planning and development
- track record delivering sites 40+ units (flats)
- ability to work in an entrepreneurial, open-minded environment
