Product Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you drive product delivery and agile practices within education technology. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, shape product vision, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery of digital and blended testing products. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops, collaborating with stakeholders to align delivery with organizational goals. This position offers impact in higher education through innovative tech, with a hybrid London/Cambridge setup and a focus on growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies using Jira, Trello, and Miro to boost collaboration
• Assume Product Owner responsibilities and align product vision with organisational goals
• Manage sprints and delivery of digital and offline testing products in software and non-software environments
• Facilitate in-person and remote workshops to foster innovation and clarity
• Collaborate across disciplines to manage product development within budget and time constraints
• Apply OKRs to set and achieve clear, impactful objectives

• Proven experience in a product owner or delivery-focused role with a track record of delivering complex products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges
