• Handle general commercial litigation and dispute resolution work
• Advise on matters at all stages of the dispute resolution process
• Engage with large flagship clients and support practice development
• Contribute to cross-border disputes and sector-focused matters
• Collaborate with a market-leading team on diverse disputes including class actions, cyber and property disputes
• Support growth of the practice and client relationships

Key requirements

• Senior Associate/Associate level with experience in general commercial litigation or specialist areas mentioned
• Versatile and comfortable engaging with large flagship clients
• Willingness to relocate to Scotland or local market candidate
