Overview
In this role you will lead bespoke tax advisory for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts within a Partner-led firm. You will manage a client portfolio, deliver tailored tax advice, and support business development. You will mentor juniors and coordinate with specialist teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. The role offers scope to develop a niche in private client tax and grow the practice through referrals and pitches. You will work in a collaborative, professional environment focused on exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and coordinate with specialist teams to deliver timely tax advice
- Manage deliverables within set timeframes and handle ad hoc queries
- Provide advisory services on wealth structuring, trusts, estate, and succession planning
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Manage client relationships, budgeting, invoicing, and business development activities
- Pursue growth opportunities for the private client practice through referrals, networking, and pitches
Key requirements
- Professionally qualified (CTA, ATT, ACA/ACCA, STEP or equivalent) with relevant experience
- Proven track record leading engagements with HNWI/UHNWI families
- Ability to manage a demanding portfolio and deliver across personal tax compliance and advisory services
