Overview

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the development of the North American Property division within a globally recognised specialty insurance broker. You will influence growth strategy, align with a boutique-level approach, and collaborate across a global platform to expand risk placement and client service. This role focuses on scaling the NA Property business, building networks, and shaping the platform to meet evolving client needs. You will work with cross-border teams to drive ambitious expansion and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of the North American Property division
