Overview
In this role you will support ISD’s Lean Portfolio Group by measuring portfolio performance, guiding governance, and enabling successful delivery of change initiatives. You will collaborate with Product Delivery Managers and ISD Finance to improve reporting, funding, resourcing, and scheduling. You help maintain governance frameworks and contract administration while ensuring accurate data is shared with stakeholders. This is a hybrid role at London’s Global University, offering meaningful impact in a complex, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Measure and analyse portfolio performance using agreed metrics and share findings with stakeholders
- Support delivery data understanding and remove barriers to successful delivery with Product Delivery Managers
- Provide daily guidance on portfolio governance processes across ISD levels
- Assist with Lean Business Case process for Change Portfolios
- Contribute to governance framework delivery and related processes
- Collaborate with ISD Finance on funding, investments and financial management
- Deliver a resource management service for ISD colleagues
- Administer contractor appointments per UCL Master Vendor agreement
- Communicate data and reports to UCL hiring managers
- Manage the Lean Portfolio Group email inbox
- Coordinate end-to-end contractor contract renewals
- Manage and assure resource utilisation processes and related accounts
Key requirements
- Experience in a process-driven environment with ability to explain practices to colleagues
- Working knowledge of project management practices, including agile methods
- Meticulous accuracy and high computer literacy with advanced MS Office
- Experience coordinating governance, funding, resourcing or reporting processes
