You will handle claims across multiple tracks, gradually taking on more complex matters while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Manage motor injury claims across OIC, MOJ, small claims track, and fast track
  • Handle exposure to complex and multi-track litigation as experience develops
  • Own and progress your caseload efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver pragmatic solutions
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the team

Key requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in defendant personal injury or civil litigation
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury protocols and the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Proven ability in advice, drafting, negotiation, and managing caseloads independently
  • Confidence in making strategic decisions and progressing matters efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of cases from straightforward to complex
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Commercial awareness to ensure legally sound advice aligned with client objectives
