Overview

In this role you will join a premier Leeds law firm to advise on a mix of commercial, IT and IP matters. You will focus on non-contentious IP work within a cross-disciplinary team that serves clients across multiple industries. The position offers exposure to high-quality advisory work and potential business development opportunities within a respected firm. You will contribute to delivering practical, commercially-minded solutions for multinational and national clients.

• handle general commercial contracts, IT, software licensing and outsourcing work
• advise on non-contentious IP matters across copyright, trademarks, domain names, and related rights
• support clients across various industries and interact with multinational and national organisations

Key requirements

• 2/3PQE
• strong experience in non-contentious IP advisory
• experience at a reputable firm with exposure to commercial, IT and IP work
• good attitude towards business development
