Overview
As Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial management of rail and infrastructure projects from pre-construction to completion. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients and supply chains to control costs, forecast performance, and manage contracts. The role sits within an established contractor’s commercial team with a healthy project pipeline, offering exposure to major rail schemes and varied civil projects. You will shape commercial strategy, identify opportunities, and drive safe, efficient project delivery.

Key requirements
- Previous experience working in a Quantity Surveying role
