Responsibilities
- Leading on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management matters
- Drafting and negotiating complex property documentation
- Managing transactions end-to-end while maintaining excellent client relationships
- Supporting team development and driving business development initiatives
Key requirements
- Approximately eight years’ post-qualification experience in real estate
- Experience advising major investors, developers, and corporate occupiers
- Ability to manage end-to-end transactions and build client relationships
