Responsibilities
- Support project teams across operating model, governance, and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to capability development and workforce solutions in client engagements
- Assist with due diligence and post-deal interventions within Human Capital in Investment contexts
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver sustained client outcomes
- Support analysis, case studies, and learning processes within the Early Careers program
