Responsibilities
- Handle residential conveyancing matters from start to finish for both buyers and sellers
- Manage a mixed caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and buy-to-let
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, brokers and property professionals
- Engage in business development and contribute to local community networking
- Work within a supportive, well-resourced team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Key requirements
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2 years’ PQE
- Proven track record in residential conveyancing
- Active role in developing client relationships with estate agents and property professionals
