Overview

You will work within cross-functional deal teams to identify value drivers, risks and key issues, supporting informed decision-making. The role blends financial due diligence, reporting and advisory services across a broad deal spectrum. Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of target business and drivers quickly
  • Analyze information memoranda, business plans, and public data
  • Review historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets
  • Assess projections and underlying assumptions
  • Evaluate working capital facilities and financing terms
  • Assess potential synergies
  • Identify and report key issues affecting client considerations
  • Review sale and purchase agreements and due diligence findings
  • Review financial structures and credit agreements
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse, inclusive teams

Key requirements

  • Experience in M&A Transactions, Financial Due Diligence or equivalent
  • ACA qualification or equivalent/experience
  • Strong report writing, attention to detail, and risk awareness
  • Excellent academic background or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation
  • Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
