Overview
In this Procurement role, you will support end-to-end purchasing activities, focusing on P2P workflows, vendor onboarding, and contract execution. You’ll collaborate with the Shared Service Center and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement processes, policy compliance, and timely reporting of regional metrics. The role emphasizes process improvement, supplier performance, and data-driven insights to drive cost efficiency and compliance. You will help transform procurement through cross-functional collaboration and measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast quotes and order services for internal stakeholders within assigned categories, aligned with tactical sourcing strategies
- Execute procurement processes with emphasis on P2P, including competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and processing of invoices and payments
- Support process-improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance in line with procurement metrics
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures
- Identify, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues and drive process improvements
- Manage regional metrics, perform data analysis, and prepare summarized reports
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline
- Solid understanding of procurement fundamentals, familiarity with procure-to-pay and end-to-end processes
- Indirect buyer experience
