You will work within a collaborative environment to maintain performance visibility and integrity across high-value projects. Your focus on Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management will drive accurate scheduling, forecasting, and risk management. This role offers progression within a structured, high-performing setting and exposure to sophisticated programme delivery frameworks. You will contribute to bid activities and ensure controls are embedded from the outset.

Responsibilities
- Maintain project performance visibility, integrity and delivery assurance
- Validate schedules and ensure alignment with planning standards
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6
- Own baseline schedules and ensure alignment with objectives and governance
- Analyze Costs to Complete and Estimate at Completion (EAC) with a focus on EVM
- Apply Earned Value Management techniques to track performance
- Lead Schedule Risk Analysis, scenario modelling and critical path assessments
- Generate insights across cost, schedule and resource performance
- Ensure data quality and reporting integrity for project controls
- Support bid activities with robust planning and controls
Key requirements
- Strong project planning and controls across full lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
- Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Ability to develop/manage WBS, CBS, OBS
- Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Critical Path Analysis
- Knowledge of baseline control and change management
- Experience with project toolsets such as SAP, Oracle, Unifier, ARM or similar
