Overview

As a Finance Business Partner – FP&A, you will deliver actionable financial insights to drive data-driven decisions and support performance across departments. You will own segmental profitability reporting, forecasting, and financial system stewardship, collaborating closely with sales and commercial teams. You’ll develop meaningful reporting to inform decisions and lead on data-led conversations across the business. Your work will be central to optimizing working capital and cash flow while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly segmental profitability reporting and address ad-hoc queries from general managers
  • Help develop an FP&A reporting suite to offer actionable business insights
  • Engage with functional areas (sales, commercial) to drive better outcomes with data-driven discussions
  • Lead loads into Onestream for segmental reporting (actuals, forecasts, budgets)
  • Own working capital and 13-week cash flow forecasts
  • Respond autonomously to ad-hoc queries from regional/global finance functions

Key requirements

  • Big 4 experience or training background
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP, OneStream)
  • Previous experience in FP&A or a similar commercial finance role
