Overview
In this role you will lead the delivery of high-end major schemes in London, coordinating multiple internal and external teams to meet deadlines and budgets. You will shape project execution from planning through handover, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the developer’s quality standards. The role requires adaptability to changing conditions and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Key requirements
- Experience as Development Manager or equivalent on major project delivery
