As a Corporate Solicitor, you will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions in a busy Leeds team. You’ll work on acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and corporate structuring for a diverse client base, developing your technical and commercial expertise. Key requirements

• 2-3 years’ PQE in corporate law
