Senior construction lawyer role at a leading international firm focused on energy transition, renewables and infrastructure. You will guide non-contentious matters, shaping major projects and client relationships from Bristol. Responsibilities

  • Lead on client projects within the non-contentious construction practice
  • Draft and negotiate EPC, BOP, supply and O&M contracts
  • Advise on renewable energy, energy storage, wind, grid stability and energy transition projects
  • Support project lifecycle from procurement strategy to delivery and operation
  • Lead negotiations and manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with planning, real estate, finance, corporate and regulatory teams
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers; contribute to team development
  • Support business development initiatives and strengthen market position

Key requirements

  • Experience in non-contentious construction law
  • Drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, NEC and/or FIDIC contracts
  • Experience on complex infrastructure, energy, development or engineering projects
  • Ability to lead negotiations and manage stakeholder groups
  • Strong technical and commercial judgement
  • Experience supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  • Interest in energy, renewables and infrastructure sectors
