In this role, you join a leading international Corporate Insurance practice to advise on a wide range of insurance and regulatory matters. You will work within a top-tier team on cross-border transactions, reorganisations, Part VII transfers, and complex risk transfer work, including Solvency II and reinsurance. Responsibilities
- Advise on M&A, reorganisations, Part VII transfers (domestic & cross-border) and reinsurance
- Handle regulatory matters and solvency-related issues for insurers and reinsurers
- Work on risk transfer mechanisms and with-profits considerations
- Contribute to commercial matters such as product development and distribution arrangements
- Advise financial institutions (banks, brokers, asset managers) on transactional matters
- Engage in complex strategic transactions, including Brexit-related reorganisations
- Support business development and cross-functional collaboration within the insurance practice
