Overview
In this role you support manufacturing operations to hit delivery, cost, quality and safety targets, setting up production for new contracts and resolving process issues to reduce cost. You will drive NPI requirements, implement improvements and handle production escalations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to sustain efficient, safe and high-quality production of buses and coaches. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape production processes in a mission-driven company focused on cleaner urban mobility.

Responsibilities
- Support operations to meet delivery, cost, quality and safety goals with strong manufacturing engineering capability
- Proactively set up production for success and ensure build hours for new contracts
- Reactively resolve process issues to reduce cost
- Deliver NPI requirements driven by customer contracts
- Implement process improvements and support production escalations
Key requirements
- Experience as a manufacturing engineer with strong mechanical or electrical competence
- Experience in NPI
- Expertise in production change control, proactive line setup and data-driven problem-solving
