Overview

In this role, you will lead HR technology initiatives that enable business performance and operational excellence. You act as a strategic partner to HR, operations, and IT leaders, shaping roadmaps and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, streamline processes, and oversee implementation, testing, and change management. This position blends HR expertise with technology to support the company’s growth and HR digital transformation. You will be the go-to expert for aligning HR tech with strategic objectives and reliable data foundations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead intake, scoping, and prioritization of HR technology initiatives with HR and IT leadership
  • Translate business objectives into actionable HR technology roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy
  • Drive enterprise HR system integration strategy and cross-functional data alignment
  • Serve as liaison between HR, operations, and tech teams; facilitate cross-functional workshops and decisions
  • Document and prioritize business requirements; conduct process analyses to identify automation opportunities
  • Oversee implementation activities; develop test strategies and validate solutions against requirements
  • Support user adoption through training materials, workshops, and change management best practices
  • Manage day-to-day HR system issues, data integrity, security access, and configuration management
  • Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 10+ years in HR business analysis, HR systems, or related project leadership
  • Proven success leading technology-enabled transformations in HR or corporate operations
  • Expertise in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to synthesize data and present recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
