Overview

As Senior Strategic Finance Manager for UK GTM, you partner with UK and global leaders to drive commercially grounded decisions. You will own planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modelling to guide growth, investment, and execution. You translate commercial priorities into robust financial plans and provide clear insights to influence strategy. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytics to shape UK performance and prioritise resources.

Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial priorities into financial plans, targets and trade-offs with UK GTM and global teams
  • Lead UK planning cycles: budgets, rolling forecasts, longer-range planning
  • Analyse revenue, cost, productivity and profitability drivers; identify risks and opportunities
  • Build robust financial models for investments, scenario planning and business cases
  • Provide practical insights on financial and operational performance for leaders
  • Strengthen performance reporting to enable action-driven decisions
  • Support operating expenditure and headcount decisions aligned to priorities
  • Evaluate opportunities and GTM initiatives with rigorous analysis and recommendations
  • Improve finance processes, models and reporting for scalability and reliability
  • Build cross-functional relationships to influence outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to use data, automation and AI-enabled tools in finance processes

Key requirements

  • 8+ years in strategic, commercial or GTM finance, FP&A, strategy consulting or investment banking with rigorous analysis informing decisions
  • Experience partnering with senior GTM/commercial leaders and influencing decisions through financial insight
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis and business cases
  • Digital and AI fluency for faster, higher-quality financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong performance-analysis skills to identify drivers of results
  • Ability to explain complex financial issues clearly and translate into practical options
  • Strong commercial judgement and constructive challenge of assumptions
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work and follow-through
