In this role you will handle high-value international arbitration matters from a London base, collaborating within a genuine international practice. You will work on complex cross-border disputes for multinational clients, with early responsibility and direct client exposure. Responsibilities
- Manage and contribute to cross-border arbitration matters for multinational clients
- Draft pleadings, memorials, and related submissions with strong analytical input
- Coordinate with partners and senior counsel on strategy and case management
- Provide direct client exposure and advice on complex disputes
- Contribute to business development and maintaining client relationships
- Work within a growing specialist practice to handle high-profile mandates
Key requirements
- 5–7 years’ PQE
- Substantial experience in both commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration
- Experience advising on complex cross-border disputes
- Trained and practised at a leading international firm
- Strong drafting, analytical and client management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
