Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied dispute resolution caseload within a growing Bristol team, working closely with the Director and Head of Dispute Resolution. You will contribute to the department’s development and potential specialism, while benefiting from hybrid working and clear progression paths. The role emphasizes high-quality client care, collaborative teamwork, and delivering effective litigation across County Courts and High Court. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied dispute resolution caseload
• Litigate in County Courts and/or High Court
• Handle commercial litigation, landlord/tenant, and property disputes
• Injunctions and possession-related work including residential cases
• Contentious trusts and probate and construction disputes
• Contribute to department growth and development
• Collaborate with senior team members and directors
• Build and maintain client relationships

Key requirements

• 3+ PQE or equivalent experience
• Significant litigation experience in County Courts and/or High Court
• Experience across several dispute areas (as listed)
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ambition to specialise and develop within the department
