Overview
In this role you will own the UX and product design for a portfolio of enterprise web applications. You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders and end users to translate complex requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll improve workflows and contribute to the direction of multiple products, shaping how businesses interact with CRM, HR and workforce management tools. This is a collaborative, impact-driven role in which you’ll influence product decisions from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities
- gather requirements with developers, stakeholders and end users
- improve workflows across complex web applications
- design clean, user-friendly interfaces for enterprise platforms
- own the UX/product design process across multiple projects
- translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- shape future direction of several products
Key requirements
- strong commercial UX/UI/Product Design experience
- excellent Figma skills
- experience designing complex web applications or business systems
- experience owning design across projects with complex user journeys
- ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows and polished UI designs
- strong understanding of usability, accessibility and user-centred design
- experience iterating on existing products and designing new features
- confidence collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
- excellent attention to detail and focus on clean, modern interfaces
- experience with CRM, HR, workforce management or similar enterprise platforms (advantageous)
- technical understanding of web development (beneficial)
- strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
