Overview

In this role you will support Chelsea FC’s Cobham Academy by delivering a professional front-of-house experience and overseeing essential admin for operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep visitor management, record keeping, and logistics running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day administration, assist with matchday logistics, events, and staff activities, and safeguard confidential information. This is a customer-facing, detail-oriented role that helps create a seamless, safe, and welcoming environment for players, parents, and staff. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service
  • Manage visitor sign-ins in line with safeguarding and security requirements
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including record keeping, communications, purchase orders and document management
  • Maintain accurate information across Academy systems, including Teamworks and Concur
  • Coordinate casual staff timesheets, expenses and administrative processes
  • Support Academy fixtures, matchday logistics, tours and travel arrangements
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of Academy events and staff activities
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Key requirements

  • Experienced in administration, operations or a customer-facing role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using administrative systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Teamworks or Concur is desirable but not essential
  • Trustworthy, discreet and committed to maintaining confidentiality
  • Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and professional standards
