Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level legal advice on banking matters
• Act as day-to-day client contact for ongoing or new matters
• Promote the firm and its work to existing and potential clients to grow the practice

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 PQE
• Experience in a leading banking practice with exposure to finance transactions and drafting bespoke financing agreements
• Understanding of banking and finance law and its commercial application
• Strong client relationship and business-development skills
• Strong academic history and ability to think creatively and analytically
• High level of professionalism and integrity
