Senior Consultant, Construction, Projects and Assets (Delay)

Overview

In this role you will support construction disputes resolution and project delivery improvement within a global consulting practice. You’ll work with the Construction, Projects and Assets team on delay analysis, schedule management and claims support for owners, contractors and law firms. You’ll contribute to expert reports and dispute resolution processes while benefiting from structured professional development and mentorship. This opportunity offers exposure to large, high-stakes projects and a clear path to advanced expertise in construction claims and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform claims and schedule delay analysis.
• Provide schedule management advice and support.
• Assist with preparation of expert reports for dispute resolution.
• Deliver high-quality, timely service to Clients.

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience in construction or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and Microsoft Project.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
