Knowledge Solicitor – Bristol – Hybrid

Overview

As Knowledge Solicitor in our Bristol Projects and Infrastructure practice, you will shape the knowledge strategy and support the firm’s major infrastructure, energy, construction and project finance work across the UK. You’ll work in a collaborative knowledge function to drive technical excellence, legal innovation and high-quality client services. You will lead AI and legal technology adoption, develop training and knowledge resources, and support thought leadership initiatives. This role blends expertise, training delivery and strategic knowledge management to impact landmark projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal and regulatory updates related to infrastructure and projects work
• Develop and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops and know-how sessions
• Lead the adoption and effective use of AI and legal technology tools across the team
• Maintain and enhance precedent banks, knowledge resources and best practice guidance
• Support client-facing thought leadership, webinars and horizon-scanning initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in projects, infrastructure or related practice area
• Knowledge lawyer experience advantageous but not essential
• Strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and interest in legal innovation
