Commercial/Healthcare Lawyer 4+

Overview

Join a market-leading City firm’s healthcare team to advise NHS and private-sector clients. You will handle a broad range of matters, including joint ventures, collaborations, and new NHS care models, as well as outsourcing, shared services and governance issues. You’ll work on contracts across independent health and social care markets and navigate regulatory frameworks for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Responsibilities

• Advise NHS and other clients on commercial healthcare matters
• Manage joint ventures, collaborations and partnerships
• Work on new models of care provision in the NHS
• Handle outsourcing, insourcing and shared services arrangements
• Support health and local government integration initiatives
• Draft and negotiate contracts in health and social care markets
• Provide guidance on governance issues and regulatory frameworks for pharmaceuticals and medical devices

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in commercial/healthcare law
• Experience advising NHS or healthcare providers (implied)
