Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple Data Centre projects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support business development, bids and fee proposals
- Oversee project performance, programme and profitability
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and develop Senior, Principal and Graduate Engineers
- Review and approve engineering designs and specifications
- Support recruitment, resource planning and succession planning
- Promote innovation, quality and best practice throughout the business
- Represent the consultancy at client meetings, industry events and technical presentations
